Ingredients: You need the following ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 pear
- 1 ginger
- Dry apples
- Cinnamon
- Honey

Follow the steps given below to make the tastiest Korean Steamed Pear:
- Take the pear and cut the top portion of the same.
- Now take a spoon and scoop out the fruit. You will be left with a hollow pear after you are done scooping out the fruit.
- Do NOT throw away the pear and the top portion, which was cut earlier, as this will be used as the container for the dessert.
- Proceed to cut ginger and a few dry apples very finely.
- Now transfer some of the scooped fruit into the pear as the first layer. Add some honey over it and continue for the rest of the fruit.
- Lastly, add the slices of ginger and the chopped dry apples into the pear.
- Top it with some cinnamon stick and honey, and cover the fruit with the cut-out top portion of the same pear.
- Place the pear in a bowl and transfer it into a pan of boiling water and wait for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, take out the bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes or so.
- Your Korean Steamed Pear is now ready! Enjoy!

Ingredients: You need the following ingredients to make the recipe:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- One tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup baking flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 pears
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
- 1/3 cup oil

Follow the steps below to make the delicious pear cake for your summer party!
- In a bowl, add 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup of sugar, and whisk it properly.
- Go on to add 1/3 cup of oil, 1/3 cup of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and whisk the mixture again.
- Add 1 ½ cup of baking flour, 1 tbsp of baking powder to the bowl and whisk it again till it is a smooth batter of the same consistency.
- Cut 2 pears finely and in a pan, add 4 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
- After the butter has melted, add ½ cup of brown sugar and whisk it properly and let it boil on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
- In a cake tin, place a parchment paper and pour, then pour the brown sugar and butter mix over it and spread it evenly.
- Place the chopped pears on the mix in the cake tin and pour the cake batter on top of it, and spread it evenly.
- Transfer the cake tin to the oven and let it heat at 180C for 45-50 minutes.
- After 50 minutes, take the cake out of the oven and flip it on a plate.
- Cut out a piece of the pear cake and top it with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup.
- Your pear cake is ready to be served! Enjoy!
PEAR LASSI RECIPE

Time to arrange the ingredients: Approximately 15 minutes
Time to make the recipe: Approximately 30 minutes
Ingredients: You will require the following ingredients to make the drink:
- 5-6 pears
- 1 ginger
- Pudina leaves
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 7-8 tbsp Curd
- 12-15 Ice cubes
- Mint leaves
- Kesar Pista nuts
Instructions
Follow the steps below to make the tasty pear lassi recipe:
- Take 5-6 pears and cut them in halves, and remove the seeds. Proceed to cut them into dice. Make sure you do not finely chop them like in the previous recipes.
- Take 1 ginger and cut some slices to have a gingery spice to the drink. The presence of ginger also makes the drink healthy for your throat.
- Proceed to finely chop the pudina leaves, which will add flavor to the lassi
- Transfer the diced pears into the blender along with the ginger slices and chopped pudina leaves.
- Add 5 tbsp of honey and blend it until smooth.
- In the blender, add 7-8 tbsp of curd, 12-15 ice cubes, and blend it again for 3 minutes till it has an even consistency.
- Check if the drink even has a smooth consistency with a spoon. If you find some lumps, blend the drink again for a few minutes.
- Take a glass and line the body of it with a very little amount of honey. Now pour the lassi into the glass.
- Garnish your lassi with 1-2 mint leaves and Kesar Pista nuts.
- Your drink is ready to be served! Enjoy!
